Coach Martin has his formal education in Business Management but his passion is rooted in anatomy and movement mechanics as it relates to helping others move more optimally. As a former High level competitive athlete with a career ending injury, Coach Martin realizes the value in making every movement as close to perfect as possible for optimal performance, rehabilitation and/or injury resistance. "We cannot achieve perfect movement but if we strive for optimal technique we can provide a buffer for injuries and improve the bodies longevity all while increasing physical capacity. If that capacity is anywhere between re-learning to walk and playing high level sports then you can benefit from our movement optimizing style of training!" Coach Martin focuses on rehabilitation, working with limitations, strength/conditioning, creative/functional movements and movement optimization.
Coach Bailee has her BS in Exercise Science, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified (PN1-NC). She played sports growing up and through college which is where she found her love for fitness. “I love helping others reach their fitness and health goals as well as helping develop a better mindset about themselves and their lifestyle. I pride myself on caring for others health and fitness goals, mindset in life and as a person!” Coach Bailee specializes in weight-loss, toning, strength, rehab, nutrition guidance and HAVING FUN. “I want everyone to find their joy in the process and create healthier HABITS.” Whether you are new to exercise or have been doing this a long time, Bailee is ready to help!
